From time to time people find hidden photographic treasures (like the Anseln Adams plates that made it in the media last July) and especially if big names are involved you never know what the quality of the photos really is. The work of Vivian Maier is different, a nanny by profession and without family she documented life in the USA from the 1950’S to the 90’s.
